Markets. Rethought.

Nomad Research is a subscription market intelligence platform that delivers deep analytical insights on market events surfacing not only discrete trades but entire narratives composing of many trades and consequent ripple effects.
The platform is built on a unified eight-framework analytical system, completely novel theory that re-conceptualizes markets from first principles. Every insight reaches 4–12 degrees of causal depth across market events, further than any single analyst or siloed institution can access under mandate constraints.
The core claim, that markets are permanently exploitable, is not a hypothesis. It is derived from three structural axioms and confirmed by independent academic results, establishing that perpetual disequilibrium is the mathematical default.
In Phase 1, Nomad is a research publisher serving sophisticated retail investors and institutions via four subscription tiers ($0–$799/month). Phase 2 applies the same framework as a full market participant. There are 4 phases.

Bazaar is a new kind of markets platform: an autonomous, agentic system built on a unified framework of how markets actually behave. The product is designed to scale into a fund, not a toy for retail. The technical and conceptual engine is in place – now it needs a business co‑founder to turn it into a firm.Your roleYou will own the business side of Bazaar: turning a powerful, differentiated system into a real company with capital, partners, and a clear story. This is not a “help with pitch decks” role – you are a true co‑founder, responsible for everything from positioning and fundraising to early customer/LP relationships and overall strategy. What you’ll be responsible forCraft and refine the narrative: positioning, messaging, and pitch that explains why this matters now to LPs, partners, and early adopters – without leaking the actual edge.Lead capital formation: identify, approach, and manage relationships with angels, family offices, and institutional LPs for both the company and, in time, the fund.Design the go‑to‑market path: decide whether we first express the system as a fund, a productized infra layer, or a hybrid, and build the roadmap accordingly.Own commercial ops: basic legal/structuring choices, early hiring priorities, partnerships, and making sure the business side doesn’t lag the tech.Act as thought partner on strategy: help decide which opportunities to pursue, which to ignore, and how aggressive vs. stealthy we should be at each stage.Who you areYou have a strong grasp of markets, even if you’re not a quant – you understand how funds make money, what LPs care about, and how to talk about performance, risk, and edge without hand‑wavy buzzwords. You’ve either:worked in investing (funds, family office, allocator, high‑end fintech), orbuilt something from zero that required selling a complex product to sophisticated buyers. You’re comfortable owning the “front of house”: talking to investors, partners, and early hires, while respecting that the core framework and system design are already in place. You like ambitious, weird ideas – but you also care about compliance, structure, and doing things in a way serious capital can trust. What this isn’tIt’s not a “let’s brainstorm a trading bot” side project. It’s not a role where you rewrite the technical thesis; the framework is there, and it’s deep. It’s not a cushy operator position in a de‑risked company – this is early, and you’ll shape almost everything non‑technical from day one.If you want to co‑found something that could credibly become a next‑generation fund platform – and you’d rather own narrative, capital, and strategy than ML models – this is for you.
Nomad is seeking a co-founder who combines the commercial instincts of a seasoned operator with the conviction of a true believer in the thesis. The ideal profile is someone who has:Built and scaled something before — a startup, a fund, a product, a community. They know what zero-to-one actually feels like and don't romanticise itA genuine network that opens doors — investors, financial media, institutional contacts, or a strong audience in the trading/investing space they've built through credibility, not titlesFundraising fluency — comfortable in a room with angels, VCs, or family offices; knows how to tell a story with numbers and closeMarketing and distribution instincts — understands how to build an audience that converts, not just one that follows; has thought seriously about content, community, and trust as growth leversEnough technical curiosity to engage meaningfully — doesn't need to ship code, but can sit in a product or architecture conversation, ask the right questions, and hold a development team accountableA long time horizon — this is a Phase 1 of a 4-phase company. You must understand that the subscription platform is the proof, not the destination, and must build toward the larger participant strategy from day oneWho they are as a person:Deeply honest — with partners, with subscribers, with themselves. The track record model only works if the scoring is never gamed, and that starts at the topMorally serious — Nomad's edge comes from seeing what others miss, not from information advantages that cross ethical or legal lines. The co-founder holds that line without being askedAll in — not advising, not consulting, not hedging with another role. Committed, present, and invested in the outcomePassionate about markets at a structural level — not just returns, but why markets behave the way they do. Someone who finds the eight-framework theory genuinely exciting, not just commercially interestingHigh standards, low ego — can disagree hard in the room and execute cleanly once a decision is madeWhat this person is not:A domain expert who wants to run their own show inside NomadSomeone who needs the idea to have been their own to care about itA networker looking for a prestigious side projectSomeone who needs to be convinced the thesis is real — they've read the spec and they get it
