What I’m looking for is to be a “boots on the ground” founder. I handle the high-level politics, the field operations, and the closing. I need a system builder/COO/ Co-founder to own the internal machine.
The mission: Turn operational chaos into a scalable, automated engine.
The location: I am based in Paris, and while I am open to talent anywhere, I have a strong preference for someone with a footprint or mindset aligned with the Americas (USA/LATAM) to bridge our time zones and market expansion.
The Stake: I am offering a 10% to 15% equity stake for a partner who brings the same intensity and ownership I do. You are joining a venture with a clean cap table, proven revenue potential, and active institutional negotiations.
