Despite being a multi-billion dollar market, the gap between producers in emerging markets and global buyers is filled with middlemen who extract value without adding security or transparency.The solution and traction we have built is the “missing link,” a high-stakes trade infrastructure and compliance-first platform. Unlike most startups at this stage, we are NOT starting from zero. We have:Validated scale: A $7.8M active pipeline across 18 countries (LATAM & Africa, EU, US).Direct access: sovereign-level access to producers and decision-makers.Skin in the game: $100k+ personally invested and a 100% clean cap table.Investor interest: currently in advanced talks with EU family offices for a $1M capital deployment to fuel our next cycle.The tech stack and operations: We leverage AI-assisted workflows and RegTech to automate compliance (EUDR/SGS) and logistics. We don't just trade; we build the digital and physical rails for the future of food security.What I’m looking for is to be a “boots on the ground” founder. I handle the high-level politics, the field operations, and the closing. I need a system builder/COO/ Co-founder to own the internal machine.The mission: Turn operational chaos into a scalable, automated engine.The location: I am based in Paris, and while I am open to talent anywhere, I have a strong preference for someone with a footprint or mindset aligned with the Americas (USA/LATAM) to bridge our time zones and market expansion.The Stake:   I am offering a 10% to 15% equity stake for a partner who brings the same intensity and ownership I do. You are joining a venture with a clean cap table, proven revenue potential, and active institutional negotiations.
