This role is not suitable for candidates expecting an inherited pipeline, inbound leads, or a fixed salary from day one. You’ll build and own Auvin’s sales function from zero to scale. This is a hands-on, early-stage role covering the full funnel: ICP definition, lead discovery, outbound and inbound, cold outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing initial customers. You’ll turn founder-led sales into a repeatable motion, shape pricing and positioning from real deals, and prepare the foundation for a sales team. Equity vesting is performance-based and tied to revenue milestones—progressing from early customer acquisition and initial MRR, through a repeatable pipeline, to scaled, predictable growth. Vesting schedule: Phase 1 – Demand validation: 10–15 paying customers, €4k–€7k MRR sustained 60 days → €0 base, 50% commission, 3–5% equity Phase 2 – Repeatable motion: €15k–€25k MRR sustained 90 days with repeatable outbound → €2k–€3k base, 20% commission, 5–8% equity Phase 3 – Scale readiness: €40k–€60k MRR sustained 120 days,
