I’m looking for a co-founder with strong AI engineering ability to help build Osprae.Osprae is an early-stage AI platform for startups, focused on helping founders and GTM teams find better-fit companies, understand who to target, and make outbound sales more intelligent, focused, and less manual.The problem is clear: many startups waste time selling to the wrong people, building messy lead lists, and relying on generic outreach. Osprae is being built to make early-stage outbound sharper, more targeted, and more useful through AI.I bring strong product vision, UX thinking, concept development, rapid prototyping, brand building, GTM thinking, and the ability to leverage AI tools to ship fast, test ideas, and validate quickly. I’m comfortable turning rough ideas into real product concepts, landing pages, user flows, positioning, and MVPs.Now I’m looking for someone who can complement that with deep technical ownership — someone who can help build Osprae as an AI-native product, not just a standard SaaS product with AI features added on top.The ideal person should be strong in AI engineering, backend systems, data workflows, APIs, SaaS architecture, and product-minded development. Experience with LLMs, automation, data enrichment, scoring systems, AI agents, or B2B SaaS products would be highly relevant.You should be comfortable working in an early-stage environment where we move fast, test quickly, learn from users, and improve the product continuously. I’m looking for someone who can think beyond code — someone who cares about product quality, user trust, commercial value, and building something that can become a serious company.This is not a freelance or employee role. It is a true co-founder opportunity for someone who wants meaningful ownership, product influence, and long-term upside.This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity with 22% equity, a 3-year vesting period, and a 12-month cliff. Open to discussing the final structure depending on experience, commitment level, and long-term fit.
