Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death globally. Lifestyle factors—poor diet, inactivity, stress, smoking—are major contributors , and there is a profound lack of awareness around healthy behaviour.  Habits are modifiable but hard to change without personalized guidance. In the same context, healthcare systems are overburdened and troubled by long waiting times and recruitment problems, especially in rural communities. The time has come for each person to assume the primary responsibility for their health. We believe that a shift in paradigm can be enabled through modern machine learning tools and attractive gamified visualisations.
