The product vision and backend architecture are defined. Now we need a growth partner to build distribution from the ground up.Role: Co-Founder & Head of GrowthThis is not a social media manager role. This is a founder-level growth position.You will own distribution, positioning, audience building, and early user acquisition.Responsibilities• Build and execute growth strategy from 0 to first 1,000 users• Own content strategy across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and communities• Design waitlist and referral mechanics• Build early adopter pipeline• Test positioning and messaging• Launch Product Hunt and other growth campaigns• Create feedback loops with early users• Track metrics and optimize acquisition funnelIdeal Profile• Previously built audience or product distribution• Strong understanding of content psychology and startup growth• Execution-focused and data-driven• Comfortable operating in early-stage uncertainty• Wants real ownership, not employmentCommitmentFull-time preferred. Open to structured trial period before equity finalization.Equity subject to standard 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff.
