The core problem being addressed is that many social apps struggle to grow and sustain themselves because monetization is introduced too early through paywalls or premium features that block essential functionality. This often prevents users from trusting or fully experiencing the product. The project aims to rethink social app design by aligning user value and business sustainability from the start. Monetization is conceived as part of the product experience—through non-intrusive, relevant advertising and optional premium features—without making payment a requirement for meaningful use. The current stage is exploratory, focused on validating core behaviors, assumptions, and long-term viability before moving into execution.
