The CBO ensures that expansion, revenue, and partnerships enhance long-term brand value rather than short-term volume. This role works closely with the Founder and CTO to translate architecture into scalable, premium business outcomes.
The Head of Product & UX owns the end-to-end user experience of VANTROSA. This role defines how creators interact with the platform, ensuring every interface, flow, and feature reflects elegance, minimalism, and functional clarity. You will translate VANTROSA’s architectural vision into a refined digital product that feels premium, intuitive, and globally competitive, particularly in vertical-first and mobile-first environments.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and safeguarding VANTROSA’s privacy-first and security-by-design architecture. You will oversee access control systems, data protection, identity management, and risk frameworks to ensure VANTROSA remains a trusted platform for elite creators. This role ensures security is embedded structurally, not added as an afterthought.
The Head of Sales & Partnerships builds and manages VANTROSA’s strategic commercial relationships with selected brands, institutions, and collaborators. Rather than focusing on volume, this role prioritizes high-caliber partnerships that elevate VANTROSA’s prestige, ecosystem value, and long-term influence in the creator economy.
This role defines and protects the public voice, narrative, and global perception of VANTROSA. You will shape communication strategies, brand storytelling, and selective visibility, ensuring that VANTROSA is positioned as a luxury, privacy-first global platform — not a mainstream social product.
The CFO oversees VANTROSA’s financial strategy, governance, and capital planning. This includes budgeting, financial modeling, investor coordination, and long-term sustainability planning, ensuring that growth is disciplined, transparent, and aligned with VANTROSA’s elite positioning.
This role ensures VANTROSA operates within international legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks, including data protection, digital rights, IP, and cross-border operations. You will protect VANTROSA’s legal integrity while preserving operational agility and innovation.
